About the Board...
The Dracut Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Dollars for Scholars is comprised of no more than 27 Directors. No Director or Officer receives compensation of any kind for their service, as the Dracut Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Dollars for Scholars is strictly a volunteer organization. Directors are appointed for a period of three years. In the case of vacancies for any cause, the Selection Committee will review all applications on file and make a recommendation to the remaining members of the Board of Directors. The Directors shall then elect a Director and/or Officer to fill out the unexpired term.
